Supply of Aviation Lubricants Aeronautical Consumables and Specialty Products

The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is seeking information to better understand current practices and capabilities that could support NZDF to more efficiently source, deliver and manage NZDF’s requirements for aviation lubricants, aeronautical compounds and specialty products. NZDF are specifically looking to explore options for a “prime” supplier to source, deliver and dispose of products. We are seeking presentations and meetings with potential long-term suppliers to gather information to inform a potential Request for Proposals (RFP) process planned for mid-to-late 2026. The presentations/meeting will take place in July 2026 via Teams. A registration form is attached with this notice. To participate in this process, organisations must meet a minimum standard for providing aviation services to the Defence sector. Refer to RFI for further details.
