This Contract is for the Kerb and Channel Renewals 25/26 which is for renewal of ageing kerb and channel and drainage works at the following sites within Rangiora and Kaiapoi: • Seddon Street - Kinley to White St (South Side) and White to Ayers (North Side) • Akaroa Street - Hugh St and Hodgson St • Williams Street - Beach Road to 232 • Leech Place – Bush St to End Akaroa Street (western side), and Williams Street sites both include the renewal of the adjacent footpath in conjunction with the kerb and channel renewal. Remaining sites may include isolated footpath reinstatement works as required. The main tasks involved in this Contract are: - Renewal of kerb and channel - Renewal of existing footpath - Installation of under-channel pipe - Installation of sumps, soak pits and soakage trenches - Reinstatement / construction of grassed berms - All road carriageway / pavement reinstatement including linemarking - Watermain renewal Tender documents are available for download from vendorpanel.nz/waimakariri/tenders.
