Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for general contractor services for the demolition andredevelopment work to existing garage facilities, including the refurbishment of the building envelope, the upgrade of mechanical, ventilation, drainage and electrical systems, as well as the replacement of the truck fueling system in Wemindji, QC.
