To support operational requirements, Fire and Emergency intends to add a separate relocatable building to provide ablutions and a training/meeting room. This new facility will complement the existing building and improve the functionality and training capability of the brigade. This procurement covers the engagement of a qualified design-and-build contractor to deliver a relocatable multi-functional building for the Rissington Volunteer Fire Brigade, comprising a meeting room and ablutions.
