The University of science and Technology (NTNU), hereby called the buyer, has an intention to procure a small internal combustion engine complete with control and diagnostic equipment for general research and for teaching students at master level. The total equipment should be easy to transport and install. Procurement value below 1.300.000 NOK exc. taxes. including engine, dyno, control and measurement logging, in-cylinder pressures, various temperatures.
