Description

The assignment aims to provide operational support to the Governmental Emergency Operations Room (GEOR) facility by supplying, delivering, installing, and commissioning the necessary furniture, information technology (IT) equipment, and communication equipment required for the effective functioning of the facility. This scope includes the provision of the following : Lot No. 1: Information Technology & Digital Equipment. Lot No. 2: Office Furniture & Fixtures. Lot No. 3: Office & Facilities Support. The total duration for project execution and completion is 2 weeks. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
