The existing interior finishing materials have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with new finishes, including the introduction of usable and upgraded spaces. This project will require site visits for tendering only and the appropriate inspections to determine the supply and installation of the required materials. Design documentation and scope of works will be provided. All documentation will be prepared by a representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards. All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation. Nature of Works consists of : Interior refurbishing the specialist technology spaces in the Technology Block. Sew tech and Electronic Room : Refurbishment, end of life replacement. Refurbishment to create ‘Tech DesignHub’. Joining both Tech teaching spaces together. Removing existing linings, flooring, wall and ceiling. Install new ceiling tiles, LED lighting, floor and wall finishes. Creating an opening between the two rooms to create an open space.
