Engineering geology services for the establishment of a new raw water supply Birkelandsvatnet

Description

The contracting authority plans to construct a new raw water tunnel from Birkelandsvatnet, Bjerkreim municipality. Besides the raw water tunnel, an intake tunnel, access tunnel and site tunnel, as well as a larger rock hall (machine hall) shall be constructed. The total length for all four tunnels is approx. 4.5 km. To ensure quality, safety and progress in the project, an experienced engineering geologist with solid competence and ability shall be engaged for a quick response time.
