Description

The Rideau Committee Room Building (RCR), located at 1 Wellington St in Ottawa, needs upgrades to its mechanical and electrical systems to improve fresh air circulation. The contractor will updates three air handling units and install a new transfer fan. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165 in the General Contractor Stream. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
