Description
Project Title: Supporting new and existing Community Conservancies and the adjacent parks and forests in the Kidepo-Turkana landscape of Uganda and Kenya. This Project is a three-year project funded by the EU’s NaturAfrica programme for biodiversity and livelihoods in Africa, which was launched in 2021 to support large-scale, inter-regional conservation approaches focused on the Key Landscapes for Conservation and Development (KLCD.) The NaturAfrica programme is divided among six geographically distinct meta-landscapes, one of them being the Eastern Rift Savannahs and Watersheds (ERiSaWa). This Project focusses on the Karamoja and Turkana transboundary meta-landscape and is implemented by a Consortium comprising Northern Rangelands Trust, Uganda Conservation Foundation, Uganda Wildlife Authority, National Forest Authority and the Kenya Wildlife Research & Training Institute. This is an open call to tenderers for the supply, delivery, unloading, siting and installation, commissioning, maintenance, after sales service, of the following supplies: 6 (six) Digital Radio Towers, with Power and Communication Equipment to 6 (six) locations (including Lokumoit, Lomaler, Pire, Kaket, Lobunyet and Takao) in Kidepo Valley National Park DDP
