This Contract is for the construction of a play space at the Kaiapoi Community Hub, located at 50 Courtney Drive, Kaiapoi. The main tasks involved in this Contract are: - Earthworks, including re-profiling, topsoil stripping, excavation to subgrade, cut to fill and importing of engineered fill (548 m3 of cut and 385 m3 of fill, including provisional items) - Landscaping works including installation of park furniture, preparation of garden beds, topsoiling and grassing. - Construction of footpaths soft fall bark, and wet-pour soft fall rubber. - Coordination with the Principal’s nominated playground equipment installer. - Communication with residents, groups and the public throughout the course of the works - Temporary traffic and pedestrian management, including site access requirements, as required to execute the works. - Environmental compliance, including implementation and maintenance of site erosion, sediment and dust control. - All other associated works required to complete the contract.
