Space requirement includes a contiguous space preferably all on the first floor, ideally ground level or served by a medical-grade elevator, compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility and VA Barrier-Free Design Standard and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS); and have no less than 150 parking spaces to include ADA spaces as required to meet the accessibility standards listed above. Space must be located no further than one-quarter mile from the clinic entrance.
