The Government will not pay for any costs incurred because of this advertisement. \n\nContracting Office Address: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Specialized Team, Regional Procurement Office East, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711.\n\nDescription of Requirement: The Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA, intends to solicit for up to 28,128 ABOA SF of leased space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located within delineated area listed below. Space requirement includes a contiguous space preferably all on the first floor, ideally ground level or served by a medical-grade elevator, compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility and VA Barrier-Free Design Standard and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS); and have no less than 150 parking spaces to include ADA spaces as required to meet the accessibility standards listed above. Space must be located no further than one-quarter mile from the clinic entrance. Space must accommodate PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team) space model https://www.cfm.va.gov/til/Prototype/CBOC/CBOCPrototype-05-Layouts.pdf . See attached Space Plan requirement for an estimate of needed rooms/space.\n\nThe anticipated lease will be a full-service lease, this means all utilities, taxes, security, telephone, janitorial and all-season landscape, snow removal, and any other operating and maintenance costs are included in the rental cost. \n\nLease Term: The anticipated lease term is a firm term of 10 years.\n\nDelineated Area: Berks County, PA.
