The proposed EUL is a reasonable expansion to a current tenant to provide additional acreage to be used for vehicle cryogenic testing requirements. \n\n Responses received by March 8, 2026, will be used to assess additional market interest and determine whether, to whom, and under what terms the facility may be out-granted to ensure best value to the Government.
