Description \n\n a. (i) Clear and Concise Description of Supplies or Services: \n\n Service: C-130 Trainer Paint \n\n Brief Description: The Government requires a commercial service to paint a C-130 Trainer. This will include repairs necessary before painting including missing fasteners and removal of corrosion. Also, contractor will ensure aircraft is adequately protected against animal intrusion. See Attachment 1 Statement of Work for specific information and examples of what needs to be painted on the Trainer. \n\n b. Procedures for Award: \n\n The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
