Bags shall meet the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). \n\n Submission of Quotes: Quotes must be submitted via email to SKC Vance P. Hughes/ vance.p.hughes@uscg.mil by date/time specified in this notice. A standard itemized proposal is acceptable.
