The works are to be managed in full compliance with consents, health and Safety, quality and environmental standards for the duration of the contract. Tenderers shall either provide evidence of being a New Zealand Transport Agency Prequalified Contractor approved, holding a work category of ‘Construction (4)’ at level A or B or will obtain such pre-qualification under the aforementioned category before the start of the contract. This project is NZ Transport Agency funded.
