Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.\nGENERAL INFORMATION \n\nTitle of Project: Samsung RS85 Prestige Ultrasound Service Contract\n\nScope of Work: The vendor shall provide maintenance, support, and repair services on all equipment listed below to include preventive maintenance in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) written specifications. The vendor shall provide travel, parts, and labor to complete all services covered under this agreement. All parts must be certified to the OEM specifications. The vendor must have an approved MOU/ISA with the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide remote support.\n\nThe vendor will supply the VA Maryland Health Care System Biomedical Engineering department with a copy of a detailed service report within 2 weeks of maintenance being completed. The service shall be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm unless mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the VA Maryland Health Care System Biomedical Engineering staff.
