The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is inviting consulting firms with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services expertise to submit offers for Standing Offers. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of this document for building projects in the Various locations throughout Prairie (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and Coastal (British Columbia) regions. It is anticipated that only 3 firms will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for two additional 1-year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.
