This is a notice of Open Enrollment for Independent Living Services for Older Individuals who are Blind to be provided to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customers served by the Texas Workforce Commission-Vocational Rehabilitation (TWC-VR) division on behalf of TWC. Opportunities are available to provide Independent Living Services for Older Individuals who are Blind for TWC-VR Workforce Solutions offices in all areas of the state. Applicants must meet all requirements and specifications outlined herein to be eligible to provide Independent Living Services for Older Individuals who are Blind.
