The Government anticipates soliciting and executing the prototyping of TS utilizing Department of Defense (DoD) Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) Other Transaction Agreements (OTA). \n\n Companies will have the opportunity to meet in a one-on-one forum to discuss potential collaboration in meeting the TS requirements.
