Description

The Central Agencies Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Anti-Racism (CA IDEA) Secretariat at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) requires a bilingual (Canada’s official languages of English and French), accessible and adaptable online pairing platform solution that will facilitate the efficient administration of mentoring and sponsoring programs for employees of three central agencies: TBS, Department of Finance Canada (FIN) and Privy Council Office (PCO). This online pairing platform solution will help to reduce the human resources efforts required to administer such programs. The online pairing platform solution must: 1. be provided as a service that is ready-made and available for immediate use 2. not be integrated or hosted on the TBS IT infrastructure 3. be a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model that the users can access through the internet by logging on with a work email address
