BME EEA 2026-07 Mindetorget - Partnering for a turnkey contract - stage 1 Qualification.

Description

The Builder needs to join up with a turnkey contractor for a partnering contract for project preparation, engineering design services for and the establishment of a channel, basin, squares, left turn lane in Kanalveien, cycle path and pavement, outside the old Tine Dairies. The project refers to the work as a whole as Mindetorget.The competition will be carried out in two stages: Stage 1 - Prequalification of suppliers Stage 2 - Restricted competition where invited tenderers can submit a tender.
