Description

The framework agreement for administrative and financial services is intended to support the organisation during periods of high workload and in situations of vulnerability related to staffing. The framework agreement shall further ensure that Norske tog has access to services where there is a need to engage specialist expertise beyond the organisation’s own core competencies.
