The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information.\n\nIf your company is interested, please read this notice entirely and submit the required information, as requested herein.\n\nVascular Examination Equipment\nSalt Lake City (VAHCS), Utah\n\nBRIEF SCOPE OF WORK\n (This is for information Only)\n\nDescription\nSeeking diagnostic equipment to perform vascular examinations in our vascular lab. Machine must be able to perform all the following vascular exams: \n ABIs with Doppler or PPG\n Segmental Pressures\n Post Exercise ABIs & PVRs\n Doppler Waveforms\n Pulse Volume Recording\n PVR Waveforms\n PPG Digit Waveforms TBI, DBI\n Toe Pressures\n Venous Reflux & VC/MVO Waveforms\n Allen s / Palmer Arch Compression\n\n Segmental Pressures\n Doppler Waveforms\n Pulse Volume Recording\n PVR Waveforms\n PPG Digit Waveforms & Pressures\n Thoracic Outlet Syndrome\n Fistula Compression\n Allen s / Palmer Arch Compression\n Raynaud s PPG or Infrared\n\n\n\nScope of Work\nThe vendor will deliver the equipment with standard accessories and additional purchased accessories to the ultrasound department at the George E Wahlen Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The vendor will assemble the system and install all equipment included in the purchase. The vendor will work with our PACS, IT and biomed department to ensure security/privacy of patient information and proper transmission of imaging to the VASLC PACS. The vendor will also be responsible for any training and tutorials on how to properly use the system on the delivery date.\n\nItems to be purchased.\n*Monitor must be touch-screen to be compliant with infection control. \n*Equipment must come on designated cart with storage for all accessories. \n*Requesting machine/cart with most ergonomic features to reduce bodily injury to technologist and smallest footprint as space is limited in our exam rooms. \n*Must include printer. \n*Must include all accessories to perform exams: \nDoppler probes of 5MHz and 8MHz, \nPPG sensors with digit clips, \ntemperature gun,\n pressure cuff sets of appropriate size (i.e. 6x SC-10 blood pressure cuff, 2x 2.5 digit pressure cuff, \n4x SC-12 blood pressure cuff, \n2x each SC-12L blood pressure cuff long) and automatic cuff inflator with hose attachments. \n*Requesting a sealed backlit keyboard to be compliant with infection control and ease of use when working in a low-lit environment.
