Through this RFP MBIE is seeking to appoint a Client Engineer to provide integrated technical advisory services. The successful Respondent will support MBIE with multi-disciplinary LNG advice, as detailed in the RFP. This procurement represents a rare opportunity to help translate international LNG practice into the New Zealand technical, commercial, and regulatory environment. The appointed Client Engineer will provide independent expertise to de-risk project scoping, inform procurement design, and ensure international LNG standards are applied in a New Zealand context.
