The period of performance (PoP) shall be from 01 January 2026 through 31 January 2027 with two option years. \n\n \n\n PSC: 7A21 \n\n \n\n NAICS: 513210 \n\n \n\n Size Standard: $47M \n\n \n\n Software name : Enterprise MATLAB Software License \n\n \n\n Supplier name : The MathWorks, Inc. \n\n \n\n Product description : \n\n \n\n The Air Force Research Laboratory Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ) requires an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) allowing all RQ users across three sites (Wright-Patterson AFB, Edwards AFB, and Arnold AFB) access to MATLAB and Simulink as well as all MATLAB toolboxes across the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Defense Research Engineering Network (DREN), Standalone networks (Enclaves), and Standalone computers in classified and unclassified areas. \n\n \n\n This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received within 15 days of issuance of this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. \n\n \n\n If the Government decides to compete this requirement, a synopsis shall be issued utilizing the combined synopsis/solicitation procedure identified in FAR 12.603. If this effort becomes a Small Business Set-Aside, FAR 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting, will apply. Therefore, small businesses that want to be considered for a small business set-aside should demonstrate how they intend to comply. \n\n \n\n A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. \n\n \n\n Contractors should be aware of the following information: \n\n \n\n \n\t Contractors must include the following information: \n \n\n \n\n \n\t \n\t \n\t\t Points of contact, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers. \n\t \n\t \n \n\n \n\n \n\t \n\t \n\t\t Identification as a large U.S. business, a small U.S. business, or a foreign business.
