Facilities Management Services - Liffey Valley Shopping Centre Bus Plaza and Lay-bys

Description

The Services shall comprise the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services, namely: Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric (MEBF), Cleaning, Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Services. These services are required at the following locations: 1) Liffey Valley Bus Plaza (adjacent to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre), Fonthill Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, Ireland 2) Bus Lay-Bys as shown in the boundary plan contained in the tender pack (the Bus Driver Welfare Accommodation will be maintained by others)
