The ANNUAL TRANSFORMER TESTING & INSPECTION will conduct a thorough visual inspection for signs of physical damage, leaks, and corrosion, visually inspect the transformer grounding, obtain oil samples for chromatographic analysis to assess the oil condition and identify problems, document inspection findings, including test results of the chromatographic analysis, and Contractor will provide one digital copy of the inspection and findings, and one paper copy 3-ringed bound per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) safety standards and industry practices.\n\nThe government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) base plus four (4) option year(s) contract will be issued by the NCO 15 Contracting Office.
