The Caribbean VA Healthcare System and Orlando VA Healthcare System is seeking to procure Thyroid Cancer Molecular Test, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a Base and Four (4) 12-month options. This requirement is solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SVOSB) set-aside. \n\nAll offerors must be verified in the U.S. Small Business Administration Page, https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/, and must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract registered in the record must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. Amendments to the RFQ will be posted to this website only. All Offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed. The contractor must ensure that we receive the proposal on time; NO late proposals will be accepted/ considered.\nThe associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 with a small business size standard of $41.5M.
