This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number 51019-230757 dated 23 July 2024 with a closing of September 17, 2024 at 2:00pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Solicitation Amendment 004 issued to amend the Basis of Payment and to answer questions from industry. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Paper Records Storage and Digitization Solutions to Veterans Affairs Canada. The period of the contract is April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2033, inclusive. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
