The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Provincial and Local Road Improvement Program (PLRIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the above-mentioned assignments to support PPMU/IDOs for the effective implementation of the program. The detail scope of the consulting services is stated in the ToR.

The Provincial Project Management Unit (PPMU), Dhangadhi, Kailali now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide detailed curriculum vitae (CV) demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The Shortlisting criteria are stated in the ToR which can be found at the website https://plripppmu.sudurpashchim.gov.np/.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection Method set out in the Procurement Regulations.

Expressions of interest shall be delivered in written form along with the detailed CV to the address below in person or by email on or before 23rd July, 2026 within office hours.

NOTE: The PPMU shall prepare the ranking of standing list from this REOI and selected consultants will be called for contract negotiations as and when required for the project and deployed accordingly.
