Housing Development and Financial Advisory Services

Description

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is seeking to contract through the competitive proposal process with one or more vendors (the “Contractor”) to provide Financial and Housing Development Advisory services on an "as needed, when needed" basis in accordance with the Section 2, Scope of Services. Services desired by the Authority will be largely utilized toward the conversion of the Authority’s traditional Low Income Public Housing portfolio to other platforms and ownership structures and toward the financing, acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of other housing to add to the Authority or its instrumentalities portfolios. Outside of these larger areas, services may be required to assist the Authority in its role as a bond issuer and for other related housing development and financial issues. The Authority reserves the right to make one award or multiple awards under this RFP, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest.
