The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 811310 – “Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance”, with a business size standard of $12.5 Million. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit to only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source action and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received within 7 days of publication of this Special Notice. \n\n \n\n Firms who want to challenge the sole source determination must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above.
