The solution must support core health and safety functions including incident and hazard management, risk assessment, contractor oversight, training tracking, and regulatory compliance. It must be user-friendly and provide easily accessible reporting in the form of dashboards and other reports. We require a cloud-hosted solution, (ideally SaaS) that supports single Sign-on, ideally open ID or via SAML. The platform must be user-friendly, scalable, and capable of supporting real-time data capture, analytics, and reporting to drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance. The selected provider must demonstrate a strong track record in delivering secure, accessible, and compliant systems, and be capable of supporting implementation, configuration, and ongoing operational needs such as updates, training, and support. We are running an two stage tender process - ROI then a closed detailed RFP. The ROI is not usually used to award a contract.
