Managed WAN Transformation to SD-WAN (University of Auckland)

Description

The University of Auckland is undertaking a strategic WAN modernisation initiative and is seeking a partner to provide a fully managed SD-WAN service. The programme will consolidate the existing WAN environment, which currently consists of a combination of MPLS and SD-WAN services into a single, integrated managed service. The selected provider will assume responsibility for both the underlying fibre connectivity and the SD-WAN overlay, delivering a unified, secure, resilient, and scalable network platform that supports the University's current and future operational requirements. The solution must provide: • Migration of all sites to SD-WAN • A single point of contact for all WAN services • Improved resilience, performance, and security • Consistent user experience across all campuses and locations
