All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. \n \nThe 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: \n \nThere is the need for contractors to provide Elevator Maintenance services to ensure that the base elevators are working smoothly and fluidly. The contractor will ensure all elevators are properly maintained according to the PWS. \n \nThe result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. \nThe applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors \n \nNOTE: If you believe the above NAICS to be incorrect please suggest alternate NAICS for this acquisition. \nIf your organization has the potential capacity to provide the above listed government needs, please provide the following information: \n\n Organization Name:___________________ \nCAGE Code:_________________ \nBusiness Type:________________ \nPOC Telephone Number: ____________________ \nPOC Email:_______________________ \n\n If you have an existing contract vehicle (GSA, NASA SEWP, NIH NITAAC etc) that can provide this service, please provide the contract number: _______________________ \n \nAll interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm’s capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided.
