Warranty, Maintenance and Technical Support Services for Ross Broadcast Video Infrastructure for UNOG ICTS

Description

UNOG is seeking qualified and certified Ross Video partners for the provision of warranty, maintenance, technical support, and associated services for the following Ross Video systems installed and operated within the United Nations broadcast and webcast facilities in Geneva: • Two (2) Ross broadcast video matrices/routers • Two (2) Ross broadcast video mixers/switchers The scope of services shall include, but not limited to: • Technical support services; • Incident management and resolution • Replacement hardware/components; • Software and firmware updates • Maintenance reports • Preventive maintenance documentation • Escalation and support contact procedures The aim is to etablish a five-year contract as from 1 January 2027 (3+2) Specific Requirements/Information Goods and Services requested include: 1. Only certified Ross Video partners will be accepted 2. Delivery of equipment DAP to UNOG Geneva
