Each organisation currently operates its own Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments, resulting in fragmented collaboration, inconsistent governance, and duplicated structures that hinder efficiency and knowledge sharing. The desired future state is a unified, modern, and secure digital workplace based on Microsoft 365 ecosystem that supports seamless collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency across the Bioeconomy Science Institute. This RFP sits within a broader transformation programme to establish a unified, secure and modern workplace for the newly formed Bioeconomy Science Institute.
