AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 29 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), located at Building T-58, 0-276 Training Center, and 412 Squadron Trailer Ottawa International Airport Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The services must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. Arrangements have been made for the mandatory site visit to be held July 8, 2025, beginning at 11:00 am EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than June 30, at 3:00 pm EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit. Refer to the RFP for additional requirements regarding the site visit.
