Country: Vietnam Description of the Assignment: National consultant to provide technical support and operation of PFES models (Output 3.4). Period of assignment/services: August 2026 to 30 June 2027 (85 days) Objective: The objective of this assignment is to: - Develop the workplan for the assignment. - Review, consult and update three PFES models (including detailed activities, estimated budget and deliverables) proposed to be supported by Lam Dong PMU (See Annex 1 for detailed models). - Provide technical backstopping for the implementation of PFES models supported by UNDP and develop monitoring reports for the activity 3.4c. - Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
