Sectional Barge System Sandblasting, Inspection, Leak testing and Re-Painting: The Contractor shall perform sandblasting of the (16) barge sections to remove all current coatings to meet SSPC SP5 industry standards. Sectional Barge System Repair: The Contractor shall perform repairs of all findings that do not exceed 20 feet of linear welding or 8 sq. feet of plate replacement. \n\n Evaluation of Offers: This is a "Best Value Tradeoff" solicitation.
