The encoder provides the ability to stream videos from the broadcast studio to other media facilities and learning sites. \n\n The contractor will provide premium technical support to include 24/7 Critical Phone Support, Two (2) Hour Response Time; Enhanced Hardware Coverage; and General Availability and Maintenance Software Releases.
