The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04.\n\nThe associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million.\nThe FSC/PSC is J065.\nThe Biomedical Engineering Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA (VA GLA) requires a service contract for comprehensive support of its Linear Accelerator (LINAC) hardware, ARIA and Eclipse software, and Full-scale network system. These systems are integral to the Radiation Oncology treatment programs and are essential for delivering patient care. The need for a service contract arises to ensure the continued optimal performance and reliability of these critical systems, which are essential for providing high-quality radiation oncology treatments to veterans. Regular maintenance and expert support are necessary to prevent any disruptions in patient care and to address any technical issues promptly.
