The Contract Works required are: Replacement of Colorsteel and translucent roofing and spouting, removal and reinstatement of solar panels, relocation of the heat pump unit, and removal and disposal of existing skylights. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
