Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Project 659-24-904: Salisbury Steam Line Replacement as required by drawings and specifications. \nEstimated construction duration is 365 days. Additionally, the contractor will provide one (1) year of construction warranty.
