HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed locksmith services and install Security grade doors, frames, and any additional requested accessories such as handles, push bars, closers, etc. at El Paso State Supported Living Center (EPSSLC). Mandatory On-Site VisitHHSCwill conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of thisIFB).The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as awalk-through of the facility.Attendance at one of the on-site visits is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.
