Description

Kristiansand municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services for planning infrastructure for all road user groups. There is a need to plan improvements in accessibility for cars, buses, cyclists and walking. Kristiansand municipality has assignments for planning a separate road network and can also be a regular where the county road is included. Traffic safety for all road users groups will be a central element in some planning assignments. Universal design and environmental considerations shall form the basis for all transport planning in Kristiansand.
