{"description":"\nSources Sought Notice\n\n\nSources Sought Notice\n\nSources Sought Notice\n*= Required Field\nSources Sought Notice\n\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide on-site Board-Certified Interventional Radiology Physician Services for its Veteran population at VA Oklahoma City Health Care System (VAHCS). \n\nPlace of Performance: The contractor will provide Interventional Radiology services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, located at: 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.\n\nType of Contract: If this Sources Sought leads to future solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period shall be five (5) years, one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. \n\nQualifications: The Contractor shall provide a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist who is also fellowship-trained in interventional radiology to perform services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System.
