The performance period shall be five (5) years, one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. \n\nQualifications: The Contractor shall provide a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist who is also fellowship-trained in interventional radiology to perform services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System.
