This is to replace our current payroll solution (Chris21), which is anticipated to reach end of support within the next 12 months, and to support the modernisation of our HR processes. We may accept responses from companies that represent separate HRIS and Payroll systems, but we would expect these to integrate. We do not want proposals that offer abstract or speculative approaches without clear, actionable solutions. Additionally, we are less likely to be interested in systems that lack the ability to integrate or work with existing platforms. We are also not looking to implement solutions that require significant changes outside of the HR and Payroll space, i.e. we are not looking to implement a new organisation-wide ERP system.
