Aramis CCS Project: EPCC(I) Distribution Hub Offshore Platform

Description

This contract notice serves as a continuation of the tender procedure initiated for the Aramis CCS Project in TED (Reference No: 401075-2024) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Installation and Hook Up for Distribution Hub Offshore Platform (D-HUB) for the Aramis project, managed via TotalEnergies’ SAP Ariba Platform (Reference No: Doc2056950689). The competitive procedure with negotiation as published via TED lasted on the TotalEnergies SAP Ariba Platform until the conclusion of the selection phase. Due to the change in the partnership as published in the TenderNed notice published by TotalEnergies on 23 July 2025 (Reference No: TN 538989), the procedure is now transitioning from the TotalEnergies’ SAP Ariba Platform to the Mercell platform of EBN. The scope of work includes the Optional Scope – Transport and Installation, as outlined in Selection Guidelines (Annex 1 – General Description of the Scope of Work, Section 12). The Call for Tender (CFT) is scheduled for issuance in the first quarter of 2026. Only the already selected candidates are entitled to participate in this (continued) procedure. This contract notice serves no other goal then to facilitate the transition of the procedure between two platforms; due to technical requirements this procedure can only continue after publication of present contract notice.
